Maxwell has a great summer’s night, but is it enough to come in at No. 1?

Look for Maxwell’s “Blacksummer’s Night” to top the Billboard chart next week, but that’s only because the Billboard 200 doesn’t allow catalog titles. On other charts, such as Hits Daily Double’s album chart and Billboards comprehensive album chart, Michael Jackson will continue to rule. Following the blanket coverage of memorial service, his “Number Ones” will sell as much as 400,000 copies, according to Hits Daily Double

Hits estimates that Maxwell’s first album in more than seven years could sell as many as 300,000 copies.

It’s a light week for debuts, otherwise, with the “Hannah Montana 3” soundtrack moving around 130,000 copies (with its predecessor, the soundtrack to “Hannah Montana: the Movie” still selling around 40,000/week.  The only other title likely to bow in the Top 10 is All Time Low’s “Nothing Personal.” The third album from the pop-punk band is slated to sell an impressive 75,000 copies.
