The Jazz's Andrei Kirilenko, who wears jersey number 47, is a dangerous weapon in any basketball game. But even more dangerous than AK-47 on the court? An actual AK-47. A 16-year-old in Connecticut has been arrested for attempted murder after he used an AK-47 (not Kirilenko) to open fire on a group of teens after a heated argument. In other words, a couple of guys, they were up to no good, started making trouble in the neighborhood.
Witnesses said he bragged about having an AK-47 rifle and threatened to return to the court to shoot them. After the argument, the teen allegedly left the court and returned 10 minutes later, dressed in black and carrying that rifle, police said.
Oh, good. I hate empty threats.
According to witnesses, he shot several times at the group, but they were able to wrestle him to the ground and take away the rifle. Troopers arrived to find a man holding the teen down. No one was injured by the shots fired.
Phew. No one got hurt. It was really just one little fight, but you know someone's mom got scared. She said, "You're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air."
