Khal Drogo Himself, Jason Momoa, Has Been Hanging Out With The ‘Game Of Thrones’ Showrunners

Jason Momoa is a busy (Aqua)man. His three-second appearance in DC’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (it was the best three seconds in the movie) was but the appetizer to the main course that is Justice League, where Momoa will play a “muscular, superhero-y” Aquaman (and also play some tasty licks on the guitar). He also signed up for The Crow remake and Netflix’s Frontier, as an “ambitious, confident, charismatic, and untamed man with a reputation for being a ruthless trader, driven by lust and revenge.”

Momoa hasn’t forgotten his Dothraki roots, though. He’s still a dedicated Game of Thrones fan (“Hahahahahahahahahahahhhahaha. I love GOT. Don’t f*ck with my boo. Hahahahahahahahah @emilia_clarke love u Moon of my life ALOHA DROGO”), and recently shared a pint with showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss in Ireland. Naturally, because there’s a year to go until season seven premieres, this has led to speculation that — holy balls! — Khal Drogo is returning to dump more melted gold on more people’s heads.

Alas, Momoa isn’t in Ireland for Game of Thrones season seven (which is still in pre-production; shooting most likely won’t start until October). He’s there to tour the Guinness Brewery in Dublin, because of course he is.
