Weekend Preview: Get Ready For A Crazy ‘Westworld’ Finale

Westworld (HBO, Sunday 9:00 p.m.) – Season one of Westworld comes to an end tonight. It’s been 10 episodes of crazy, out-there storylines and seen-it-coming plot-twists but for all the show’s faults, we’re still interested to see how it ends (or kind of sends since it’s already been picked up for another season). Tonight, Ford reveals an ambitious new narrative; Dolores finally embraces her true identity; and Maeve’s plans begin to take shape.

Saturday Night Live (NBC, Saturday 11:30 p.m.) – Emma Stone is returning to host SNL for the third time. Expect some musical numbers – she is promoting that Oscar darling La La Land right now after all – and maybe an Ivanka Trump impression.

I Love Lucy (CBS, Friday 8:00 p.m.) – CBS is giving us an I Love Lucy Christmas special with two back-to-back episodes. First, Lucy and Ricky reminisce on what life was like before having a baby and later, Lucy dreams of being a movie star.

Last Man Standing (ABC, Friday 8:00 p.m.) – Mike gets to deliver a speech at Mandy’s graduation ceremony but he has to keep it politically correct. Eve gets jealous when Cammy returns home from college.

Z Nation (Syfy, Friday 9:00 p.m.) – Warren leads an all-out assault on Murphytown.

Van Helsing (Syfy, Friday 10:00 p.m.) — Vanessa and Mohamad find themselves in a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse against Sam as they make their way to a vampire-controlled camp.

Mariah’s World (Bravo, E!, Sunday 9:00 p.m.) – The premiere of Mariah Carey’s docuseries is here and expect it to be all kinds of batsh*t crazy. The first episode follows the singer’s engagement to billionaire James packer (we all know how that one ends) and the launch of her first world tour in over a decade.

Shameless (Showtime, Sunday 9:00 p.m.) – Some much-needed renovations and repairs force Fiona to consider selling the laundromat as Kev and V take matters into their own hands after learning of Svetlana’s latest betrayal.

The Walking Dead (AMC, Sunday 9:00 p.m.) – Oh goody, another look at the Saviors. Seriously, I think we’ve all had enough of Negan and his cronies. (On the plus side, we’ll probably get to see Daryl again.) Elsewhere, the group at Alexandria scavenge for supplies.
