Kevin Durant is back on Instagram. Hours after calling out Donald Trump in two separate interviews, Durant posted on the social media account in honor of Kevin Durant Day in his hometown. The Golden State Warriors superstar and Lil Dicky’s best sparring partner already has an active YouTube channel, but he’s officially back on the photo blogging website.

Fan sites had cropped up to celebrate Durant on Instagram in his absence, but there ain’t nothing like the real thing, baby. And the new king is back.

“Back on the ‘gram to show much love for Seat Pleasant!! Video from today coming soon,” Durant posted with a photo of him riding in a car with the Larry O’Brien Trophy surrounded by people in his hometown.

Durant really has been feeling himself these days, almost as if finally winning an NBA title and an NBA Finals MVP award has allowed him to be his true self. It’s refreshing, really, to see him speaking out and having fun with his public image. His fleecing of Trump on Thursday made him one of the biggest NBA stars to publicly rebuke the president, but also one of the biggest figures in sports to dismiss a trip to the White House because of who lives there. If Durant carries this kind of confidence and mojo into the regular season, the NBA could be even more lopsided this season.
