As tremendous as the dish from Leonard is — the concentration it takes to track the ball, catch it and still know exactly where LaMarcus Aldridge is going to be while running near full speed is staggering — the half-court, lead pass from Manu Ginobili may be better.
It’s almost as if Ginobili knew Leonard was going to find Aldridge immediately upon touching the ball. This is exactly why the NBA started keeping track of secondary assists or “hockey assists.” You could say this is just another example of the Spurs being telepathic.
