Matt Barnes Tells Former NBA Player To ‘Eat A D*ck’ In Response To Mild Twitter Critique

Matt Barnes has made a name for himself by embracing the limelight. After his team’s season-saving win over the Spurs on Thursday night, then, it was only natural the always contentious Clippers wing didn’t pass up a golden opportunity to stir the pot on social media.

Late in Los Angeles’ Game 6 victory, former NBA journeyman Casey Jacobsen tweeted his opinion that Blake Griffin should be more aggressive – as opposed to eschewing an open shot for a pass to Barnes. As is always customary following a big playoff win, Barnes seemingly searched for his name in the Twitterverse and came across Jacobson’s extremely reasonable critique. And of course, he replied to it in the most Matt Barnes way possible.

Jacobsen played two seasons for the Phoenix Suns after being drafted 23 spots ahead of the UCLA product in the 2002 draft. Despite being 11 years removed from from the league, it’s obvious he still can’t escape Barnes’ intentionally choppy wake.
