The story of Cleveland’s dominating 120-105 win over the Lakers on Sunday afternoon will undoubtedly rest with Kevin Love, who had one of his best games of the season for the Cavs, knocking down 7-of-8 from beyond the arc for a season-high 32 points. But Kyrie Irving also showed off his dazzling handle against Jeremy Lin before dishing for a Timofey Mozgov dunk.
Not content to rest on his laurels after faking Lin out with a behind-the-back crossover, Irving spins back-and-forth again with that blur of a yo-yo dribble before using a Mozgov screen to get into the paint and tossing a wraparound bounce pass for the Moz flush:
Irving had 10 of those dimes on the day and was a hyper-efficient 10-of-14 from the field for 28 points to buttress Love’s big afternoon.
