Neill Cameron’s ‘A-Z of Awesomeness’: A is for…alright, this rules

Is it considered a “cry for help” if two of my favorites involve drunk superheroes?

All hail our selfless reader, Kees, who sent in this undeniably awesome tip for British comic artist/writer Neil Cameron’s A-Z of Awesomeness. It’s basically just another one of your everyday, regular, run-of-mill art projects that illustrate the 26 letters of the alphabet with mind-numbingly badass visual aids.

From Neill Cameron’s own website:

…the A-Z of Awesomeness, a project I undertook for ‘fun’ in June-July 2009.

Each day I would post a new drawing, based on suggestions from followers of my blog, Facebook and Twitter. 26 drawings over 26 days, one for each letter of the alphabet.

There were no rules as to what people could suggest, merely that it be… Awesome.

Suddenly that A-B-C wallpaper, I had as a kid, just doesn’t seem so effective. Back then, A stood for “Asbestos” and F meant “Fun Essay, Dude”. At least I imagine that’s what my teachers meant.

Do yourself a favor and check out the entire gallery after the jump. I went completely out of my way to upload each individual letter and I’d hate to think that this torn rotator cuff is all for nothing.
