Dig Deeper Into The New ‘Captain America: Civil War’ Trailer With 10 Things You May Have Missed

The final trailer finally dropped for Captain America: Civil War on Thursday, and Dan already took us through a great GIF breakdown of things we learned from the new footage. Now we continue to speculate on what might happen in the movie because, no, we can’t just wait to see it in theaters. That’s madness.

Mr. Sunday Movies — whom you may remember from his previous deep dives into the trailers for Suicide Squad, Deadpool, X-Men: Apocalypse, and Batman V Superman — put together the video above going through ten easter eggs to be spotted in the new trailer. Among them is the very Steve Ditko inspired Spider-Man suit with large back logo and constricting eyes, but the suit also seems to have been influenced by Iron Man, who may have helped Spidey build these extra web cartridges into his belt, something I missed on the first viewing:

Another thing we missed at first was some of the small print about the damages to life and property caused by the previous fights the Avengers engaged in. The Battle of New York reportedly cost $18.8 billion and killed 74 people (which seems surprisingly low). The collapse of the S.H.I.E.L.D. building killed 23 people and cost $2.8 billion, and what Ultron did to Sokovia killed 177 people and did $474 billion in damages. So yeah, $474 billion in damages might lead some world leaders to demand the Sokovia Accords. Tony does have a point there, but I’m still Team Cap and I regret nothing.

More importantly, though, are we ever going to see a Deadpool crossover?
