Meek Mill may not be winning in the court of public opinion right now but he’s surely not losing in too many other arenas in life. How else do can anyone explain buying a chain that costs nearly half a million dollars?
Meek’s been flashing his latest jewelry acquisition for the past few days on Instagram and it’s quite the piece of work. The diamond-laced chain features his Dreamchasers logo that’s also filled with more stones than a rock quarry, totaling out to 250 karats. The certified public accountants of all things rich over at TMZ are reporting that the piece set Meek back a cool $540,000. The bling was crafted by Shyne Jewelers out of Philly, so no word if that’s the estimated ticket or if the Maybach MC received a hometown hookup of some sort.
So, yeah, he maybe had a pretty crappy weekend thanks to Drake dragging his name in the mud. But, as he’s said time and time again, Meek Mill isn’t living a sad life by any means. When life allows you to spend $380K on a Bentley SUV then turn around and spend a few hundred large on neckwear, there’s not a whole lot to complain about is there?
