Chalk this one up to more proof that those product marketing asshats for Marvel don’t know what the hell they’re doing. Monday night on The Tonight Show, Charlize Theron talked to Jimmy Fallon about her adorable 3-year-old son, Jackson, who is gender unspecific as to which toys he enjoys playing with. Some of his favorites, like many children, are his Frozen dolls, which he endearingly refers to as “his girls.”
When Theron bought Jackson an Iron Man doll, however, her son was less than impressed — as she notes that boy toys tend to be “fairly one-dimensional” — asking where Iron Man’s “wardrobe” was. It’s a shame that Marvel doesn’t make any good Black Widow dolls.
