While not as outwardly theatrical as U2 or Lady Gaga, Arcade Fire know how to stage an unforgettable live experience. On last night’s Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the Canadian indie-rockers showed Bono and Mother Monster how it’s done with a lovely, sparkly performance of “Afterlife,” off of 2013’s Reflektor, complete with disco lights, a video selfie, and Win Butler stepping into the audience.
Arcade Fire is certainly more respected than that OTHER Canadian musician.
