Arrow And The Flash Pull Supergirl Into Their CW Fight Club Fun

Most combat sports experts would recommend against bringing Supergirl into your local fight club. That’s not how The CW rolls, mind you.

DC’s go-to superhero hangout (apologies to Fox) has introduced Kara Danvers to their “fight club” in this new piece of promo trumpeting Supergirl‘s shift from CBS to The CW. The new spot (available in YouTube form up top and in its full form with the CW app) serves as a sequel to last year’s fight club clip, subbing out villains and adding in a “kidnapped” Supergirl to join the smackdown shenanigans of The Flash and Arrow. DC’s Legends of Tomorrow also join the fun, but no one seems to be more thrilled about this arrangement than Supergirl herself.

“I’ve heard so much about this,” gushes Supergirl (aka Melissa Benoist) as she breaks free from her handcuffs with ease. “I’m so excited.”

These crimefighters will be aligning forces this fall for more than just socializing and the occasional speedy haymaker. All four CW programs will be engaged in a crossover event pitting the noble DC heroes against an invading alien force known as the Dominators. Let’s hope they can sort this out and prevent alien rule.
