Public interest in Flight 370 is waning. Twitter mentions are down and major news networks are spending less time covering the doomed flight, everywhere except CNN that is. They’re still beating the Flight MH370 drum hard, covering every theory from ZOMBIE PLANES to Rust Cohle committed suicide and his bullet hit the pilot, probably. But despite all the coverage, CNN’s IMPORTANT findings have been limited to, yeah, there’s a bunch of junk in the ocean…maybe some of it’s a plane! On last night’s Daily Show, Jon Stewart had a suggestion for where CNN could find Flight MH370: “up their own asshole.”
