NBC Is Bringing ‘Heroes: Reborn’ To San Diego Comic Con

It was nine years ago that NBC premiered the game changing pilot for Heroes at San Diego Comic Con. It went from an obscure new show to a huge hit almost overnight. Since it hit in 2006, the convention has evolved to being a very useful marketing tool for networks big and small to hopefully promote their projects into becoming the next big thing.

After almost a decade since its inception, NBC is bringing Heroes back to San Diego in the form of their new 13-episode event series Heroes: Reborn. On Sunday July 12, the cast from Tim Kring‘s new original series will be on hand at Hall H to premiere a new extended trailer. Joining Kring for the hour-long panel will be many of the show’s cast members including Jack Coleman, Greg Grunberg, and series star Zachary Levi.

NBC has yet to assign an exact premiere date for Heroes: Reborn, but fans should expect new episodes to air this fall.
