In this era of economic turmoil and financial uncertainty, most employees would be pretty grateful to receive any kind of year-end bonus to show that the big boss man appreciates his or her efforts. But for one company in China, that year-end bonus is more like a rear end bonus, because one lucky drone gets to have sex instead of putting money into his savings account.
The unnamed company reportedly hired a very popular Japanese adult porn star to be a guest at the special dinner event for employees, and management made a surprise announcement that the man who won “Employee of the Year” got to spend the night with her. I assume that if the winner was a woman, she’d receive a “Hunk of the Month” calendar for 2014.
The company in Shanghai invited the actress to appear as the special guest at the dinner, which attracted a lot of her fans to take photographs with her, it reported.
It caused a stir among the employees when an announcement was made that the best employee of the year would spend a night with the actress. (Via Asia One)
I imagine that the audience looked something like this:
Meanwhile, shouldn’t someone be outraged over this?
When the news broke, some netizens slammed the company for such a reward and questioned the company’s stand on morality.
Notice how Asia One’s report only claims that “some netizens” slammed the company? That’s because I imagine that the majority of netizens were immediately updating their résumés and emailing them to every company in China with hopes of finding the one that tells its employees, “Thank you for your hard work, now let your hard do work” or other such terrible boner puns.
