Tricia Evans is a Playboy model who, according to her biography, has a “smalltown, friendly attitude” and her “passion in life is entertaining. I love to make people smile & laugh.” She forgot to add one thing, though: she’s also a big fan of making terrible jokes about the recent tragedy in Aurora, Colorado that left 12 people dead.
It began with this:
Two things: 1) I’m not usually one to use the “TOO SOON” card, but c’mon, TOO SOON; maybe it’d be fine if it weren’t for the fact that, 2) The joke itself is terrible. There are funny things to be said about tragedies, but puns (puns in confusing quotes, at that) are never acceptable. In any situation, actually, but especially with something this awful. Also, never end a “joke” with “too soon?” That just screams I’M BEING EDGY HERE, which makes sense considering the source is a Playboy model on Twitter whose bio reads “Controversial Tweeter.”
Maybe she’s brilliant…in the worst kind of way? Anyway, first Deadmau5 got involved:
But then came the defenders:
The moral of the story? Everything’s awful and no one should have an opinion about anything.
