This Mother Was Reunited With Her Child After The Nice Attack Thanks To Facebook

Last night’s tragedy in Nice has been an ongoing tale of horror, as a driver plowed into a crowd celebrating Bastille Day, killing at least 84 people. However, amidst that tragedy, there was a silver lining of human goodness.

In the impending chaos after the attack, many people were separated from their loved ones, including one unnamed woman and her 8-month-old son. Rebecca Boulanger, a friend of the mother, shared a photo of the child on Facebook, hoping that the post would go viral and help the boy be found.

VERY IMPORTANT: in the rush of things with shots being fired some friends of our friends lost their baby boy !!! a 8-10 month old beautiful baby : PLEASE AGREE WITH US THEY WILL FIND HIM : an enlarged family group are out to find him amidst the uncertainty

Fortunately for everyone involved, the child had been taken in from the madness by an unnamed woman, and was soon after reunited with his mother.
