MTV has come to its senses and cut Teen Mom Farrah Abraham from the Teen Mom reunion. That fine, all the others don’t want her there anyway. I mean, it took long enough for MTV to realize that she was a bad influence on just about everyone. She was in a porno, lied that it was a porno, faked having a boyfriend in rehab, made a tin foil chewing music video, starred in another FAKE sex tape, has been accused of being a liar and being offered one million dollars to tell the truth about the her porno, and wrote a Christian parenting book. So, I guess it’s about time to give her the boot. Via US Weekly:
The show may go on—but this time without Farrah Abraham. Two years after they signed off from MTV’s Teen Mom, Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell, and Amber Portwood are negotiating a return to the series for a potential fifth season. One person who will not be making an appearance, however, is Abraham, whose porn career and other headline-making antics have isolated her from the rest of the group.
A source reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly that MTV execs “willingly cut Farrah” from negotiations, in part because, as Us reported back in March, the three other alums refused to do the show if she did. “MTV agreed,” the insider says. “They feel she set a bad example and doesn’t represent the network well.”
Yeah, it’s been way overdue for MTV to finally realize that even a pathologically attention seeking girl who makes bad music and burns every bridge is probably a bad investment. So, now the big question is: What does Farrah Abraham have to say?
Abraham, for her part, is just fine with that. “Truthfully, I was never friends with any of them,” she told Us in April of her former costars. “Personally, I like to keep my life separate. We came in the project separate, and I think it’s best we keep our lives separate.”
Ah, the, “Well, I didn’t like them anyway, so there!” defense. Thankfully, she has kept busy working on those erotic novels that she’s apparently writing. These novels will still be better than 50 Shades of Gray.
