If the powers that be had their way, every classic video game franchise would be given a first-person revamp. Surprisingly a first-person perspective hasn’t been inflicted on the Sonic series yet, which is a good thing, because it would probably be pretty damn disorienting.

Argh! That was already too much for me, and they never really got up to true Sonic speeds. Also, thankfully, the entire world didn’t spin every time Sonic jumped. Hopefully Sega never sees this, because I wouldn’t put it past them to actually give it a try.
