Paris Hilton is in New York for Fashion Week, and at one point she was spotted by paparazzi ordering a sandwich at Subway, so of course they captured it for posterity. The thing about this that I love more than anything in the whole entire world, though, is that Paris totally tried to play it off like she didn’t just get Subway — attempting to hide the offending sandwich under her clutch purse.

The thing I find hilarious about this is that Paris Hilton — who makes millions and millions of dollars DJ’ing in addition to the fact that she is literally a heiress in the first place — is in the culinary epicenter of basically the entire universe, and this is what she chooses to eat out of all of the things? I mean sh*t, even if she just needed something quick and on-the-run, they have Pret A Mangers in New York City for god’s sake. Subway is disgusting.
Then again, Paris has mentioned her affinity for garbage food in the past, so I guess the saying is definitely true that money can’t buy taste.
