This Pastor Is Convinced Pokemon Are Demonic Forces Possessing Children

Earlier this week, a man named Rick Wiles, founder of the website “Trunews,” happened upon people with their phones out who seemed clearly up to no good lurking around his office building, so he called the police. When it was revealed that the would be trespassers were simply playing the hot new mobile game Pokemon Go, instead of being relieved, Wiles came to the very reasonable and logical conclusion that Pokemon are actually cyber-demons used by Satan to target churches.

An overreaction? Maybe. But according to the man in this Facebook live video, Pastor Dwain Miller from El Dorado, Arkansas, Pokemon have been using demonic powers for quite some time now, long before Pokemon Go. Miller shares what he says is a true story concerning “the Pokemon figures,” back from when Pokemon first came out — about a decade or so ago — when he was called on three separate occasions to deal with children who had become “demon possessed.”

What he says is not easy to hear. Apparently one child he dealt with became so engrossed with these so-called “pocket monsters,” that he became incapacitated, losing the ability to walk or speak, with black soot literally running out of his eyes, mouth, and nose. Thankfully they were able to cast the demons out, and that child now leads an exemplary Christian life.

Even worse, the parking lot of Miller’s Cross Life Church has been transformed into a Pokemon gym (whatever that means), so now it appears that the devil is stronger than ever. Terrifying times we live in, people.
