President Obama Tweeted About The NBA Finals And The Internet Had A Field Day

What a time to be alive. If this doesn’t scream 2015, I don’t know what else does. Yes, that’s President Obama’s official Twitter handle — @POTUS — tweeting about this year’s NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers. His assessment of Golden State’s Stephen Curry is on-point; he’s been lights-out all postseason, shooting 46 percent from the field and 44 percent from beyond the arc.

But, as always in the world that is the Twitterverse, there are people who like to give ridiculous responses. These, in particular, were noteworthy:

Seems like a good follow-back strategy to me.

Thank you, internet. You never fail us.
