Zombies as we know them — stumbling reanimated corpses with a desire for brains — have been a pop culture mainstay since 1968, when George A. Romero’s Night of the Living Dead made every theater in America smell like pee. Yet, they’ve arguably never been more popular than they are right now, thanks mostly to the overwhelming popularity of The Walking Dead. Anyone who’s ever seen an episode, or any zombie movie, knows how to kill a walker, and we all like to think we’re more Michonne than T-Dog. If you were stuck on a subway crawling with the undead, I’m pretty sure you’d react the same way as the women in the video above.
