NORWEGIAN
Norwegian is leading the way in offering heavy discounts right now to Europe. If you’re lucky enough to be next to one of their US hubs, you can find flights later this summer for between 100-200 bucks each way to some seriously awesome European capitals.

Delta recently announced discounted fares on flights from the USA to Europe all summer long. Secret Flying is reporting that if you’re flying from Miami, San Francisco, New York, Boston, or Los Angeles, you can score great fares to Zurich, Vienna, Luxembourg, Berlin, and Brussels between August and next March.
One of the best ways to check the deals from Delta is to use Google’s flight search. It’s easily accessible and will list the best deals right away.

You don’t always have to know of an airline popping a last minute deal. Sometimes it’s worth just keeping an eye out on Kayak. Head over to the Explore section of the website and put in your home city. A google map will appear with prices around the whole world.
