Florida State quarterback De’Andre Johnson is facing misdemeanor battery charges after he punched a woman at a Tallahassee bar on June 24, as the Tallahassee Democrat reports. Surveillance video from the bar, Yianni’s, shows the incident, and it’s pretty damning for Johnson.

The 19-year-old quarterback enters the bottom of the frame at about the 1:45 mark, and quickly gets into an argument with the woman there, who told the court that Johnson attempted to shove past her to access the bar. The altercation started as a shoving match before Johnson delivered a swift punch to the woman’s face and reportedly exited the bar soon after. The Democrat reports that he turned himself in to police on June 30.

Florida State’s football team has suspended Johnson indefinitely in the wake of the incident. The maximum penalty for misdemeanor battery in Florida is a year in jail, 12 months of probation or a $1,000 fine.
