Full House never missed an opportunity to have Jodie Sweetin dance. I assume the same’s true for Fuller House, but my eyes started bleeding midway through episode one, so I have no idea. Before she was a singer/songwriter, in that she butchered other singer’s songs, Stephanie danced to Boyz II Men, the B-52s, Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, and the Beach Boys, probably.

It always comes back to the Beach Boys on Full House.

Anyway, Miley Cyrus’ enemy joined the cast of Dancing with the Stars, where she’s competing against Super Bowl hero Von Miller, The O.C.‘s Mischa Barton, and shirtless reporter Geraldo Rivera. On last night’s premiere, she and her partner, Keoikantse Motsepe (who previously worked with Charlotte McKinney), did the tango to Demi Lovato’s “Confident.” It’s a weird dance/song pairing, but not as odd as this Full House-style opening.

Keoikantse Motsepe is no Dave Coulier.

In the end, all three judges were appreciative of Sweetin’s first effort. Carrie Ann Inaba awarded a seven, Goodman gave a six, and Bruno Tonioli awarded a seven for a grand total of 20 out of 30 — not a bad score for a first-week performance.

Speaking with DWTS co-host Erin Andrews after the performance, Sweetin said, “We went out there and we had fun. And that was what Keo was telling me to do this whole time, and everyone’s been telling me to do, is just go out and have fun and enjoy it, and I enjoyed every moment of that so much.” (Via)

Only a 20 out of 30? How rude.
