Things Are Heating Up With The Best News Bloopers From The Month Of July

It was a rather eventful July from a news standpoint, for mid-summer anyway, between the Republican and Democratic National Conventions, the rise of the Pokemon Go craze, and record temperatures — as you can see in this supercut of the best news bloopers of July thanks to YouTube’s News Be Funny. It was the crazy kind of month where some reporters chased Pokemon through a live weather forecast and others chased hot shirtless Australian hunks down the beach. Or, you know, pretty much business as usual.

Also, can we also address whatever the heck it is that happens at the minute and 40 second mark? Two women with accents I can’t quite make out are having a chat in some outdoor space with a large table when suddenly a squawking man (was he squawking?) runs across, kicks a vase onto the ground and goes running off in the other direction. I have no idea what is going on there and — yes, it was also kind of mean — but that doesn’t mean I didn’t watch it at least five times and cackle loudly each time.

So enjoy, because what else do you have to do on a Tuesday afternoon in August? Leave the air conditioning and go outside? Exactly.
