Pseudo-reality series The Hills will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of its premiere tonight in the form of an MTV special, but Entertainment Weekly says the shindig might not be the last you see of The Hills in a semi-near future.
According to an EW source, the Laguna Beach spinoff could be primed for its own motion picture. Kristin Cavallari, Whitney Port, and Audrina Patridge are all reportedly a go for the project, but one holdout could turf these plans. Lauren Conrad (who exited the show partway through season 5) is said to be the key cast member that hasn’t agreed to come aboard and without her the production won’t move forward.
The movie would reportedly use Partridge’s upcoming Aussie-based nuptials with Corey Bohan as a jumping off point with a look in at how everyone’s lives have changed as they’ve aged. Ideally, there would be an extended period of time where Spencer Pratt, Holly Montag, and Heidi Montag chat about I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! and if they keep in touch with Patti Blagojevich.
