‘Transformers: The Last Knight’ Serves Up A Cryptic Tease For Memorial Day Weekend

The Transformers film series has been mocked, derided and beloved by fans, making it one of the more interesting modern film franchises out there. Based on the toy line and cartoon from the 80’s, the rebooted Transformer films have been both whats wrong with modern films as well as shining examples of what to do right in them. That makes the upcoming Transformers: The Last Knight a bit of a peculiar case. The reality here is that Transformers is going nowhere, so we might as well sit back, buckle in and enjoy the ride.

Just in time for Memorial Day Weekend, a brand new teaser for Transformers: The Last Knight has been released and it is as cryptic as ever. The tweeted video comes along with the text of “Something wicked this way comes,” which makes me just want to listen to Bruce Dickinson’s song The Book of Thel. That’s probably just me, though. There is a hidden message inside of this Transformers teaser, though. According to ScreenRant, the Morse code sequence that dots the video gives a bit clearer of a message.

E I’M COMING FOR YOU MAY 31

Now, of course, the film isn’t being released on May 31st, so that means that we’ll hopefully be getting more information about the film on May 31st. That or another teaser like this, because media franchises are really digging alternate reality games of late.
