Captain America: Civil War arrives on May 6, and Marvel has been raising the anticipation with the first clip, an excellent final trailer, and buzzed-about early screenings. Now the second and third clip from Civil War are here, the one above featuring Scott Lang/Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) being star struck by Captain America and joining Team Cap.
It also continues the sarcastic humor we expect from Ant-Man.
“Did they tell you what we’re up against?”
“Something about some psycho assassins?”
“We’re outside the law on this one, so if you come with us, you’re a wanted man.”
“Yeah, well, what else is new?”
Sidenote: The Falcon has also given Scott Lang a nickname: Tic Tac. We await the eventual Spider-Man/Ant-Man spinoff movie, Tic Tac and Underoos.
The second clip lays some of the groundwork for Team Iron Man:
The clip elucidates some of the sociopolitical disagreements between Cap and Tony, but far more importantly, look at the Vision’s fancy sweater!
