August is a movie about “two brothers fighting to keep their start-up company afloat on Wall Street during August 2001, a month before the 9/11 terrorist attacks.”

It stars Josh Harnett, who they for some reason decided to rouse from a deep slumber and forced to give the trailer a rambling, unscripted intro.   We liked the green preview screen fine, guys.

Hartnett plays a brash dotcommer nicknamed “Land Shark” for his ability to… uh… attract remoras?  He’s not to be confused, of course with UFC lightweight contender Sean “The Muscle Shark” Sherk.  I guess what I’m trying to say is that most nicknames with “shark” in them are really stupid.  Except my uncle Vern, “The Sharkitect.”  He’s pretty badass because he actually designs sharks.  [Site News: Comments of the Week coming first thing tomorrow, douche queefs.]
