A Virginia Hip Hop artist is claiming he sent a track to Kanye West’s business manager entitled, “Stronger,” before Kanye West went on to drop his version. The Hip Hop artist is suing for copyright infringement.
Both songs use the phrases “that which does not kill me makes me stronger,” “can’t wait much longer,” the corrupted word “wronger” and include a reference to model Kate Moss, according to the suit.
