Beyoncé is known for her love of all things food. So what does Queen Bey do when the huge crews working her shows get hungry? She drops some serious coin to make sure her crew is well-fed and happy. The Formation Tour made a stop in Manchester, England, last week and one lucky butcher got to fill Bey’s rider for meat, an order that included “200 chicken thighs, 140 chicken supremes, 100 boneless and skinless chicken fillets, and 200 gammon steaks.” In case you’re wondering, gammon is what we call ham over on this side of the pond. So, that’s a whole lotta ham.
The butchers in Manchester happened to be WH Frost, where Beyoncé’s tab came to an even £1,000, or $1,300 on the dot (as of today anyway). The butchers are enjoying their small slice of celebrity life after catering to both Beyoncé and Rihanna recently.

But, wait, there’s more. The rider also revealed that Beyoncé demands 12 ice cream trucks are parked backstage for cast and crew to have a snack at every show. Working for Beyoncé is starting to sound more and more enticing…and delicious.
