I Am Chris Farley (SPIKE, 9 p.m.) – From fat guy in a little coat to a motivational speaker living in a van down by the river to everyone’s favorite lovable lunch lady, Chris Farley wore plenty of hats during his comedy career. Tonight, Spike’s taking a look at all of them, and giving us a glimpse into the short life of one of the greatest legends to emerge from Saturday Night Live.
American Ninja Warrior (NBC, 8 p.m.) – The top 30 athletes take on the Pittsburgh Finals course.
Bachelor in Paradise (ABC, 8 p.m.) – Reality dating shows have become ABC’s bread and butter – at least until Shonda Rhimes comes back to Thursday nights — so prepare to subject yourself to another episode of fame-hungry single people going on completely unrealistic dates, and living in a house with each other in order to hook up, break up and then hook up again. It’s modern-day romance at its finest.
So You Think You Can Dance (Fox, 8 p.m.) – The top 14 dancers perform, and two are sent packing in tonight’s double elimination episode.
WWE Monday Night Raw (USA, 8 p.m.) – While one WWE superstar takes to social media to call out his totally random nemesis (that guy from Arrow), Seth Rollins is busy talking smack to a curiously silent John Cena.
Major Crimes (TNT, 9 p.m.) – When the son of a judge is murdered, the evidence leads to a biker gang whose hobbies include kidnapping children.
Murder in the First (TNT, 10 p.m.) – Hildy’s fielding threats to her family while Jamie faces the fallout from her teeny tirade.
Teen Wolf (MTV, 10 p.m.) – Scott and Malia are on a mission to rescue their friends, and Deaton is busy making a horrific discovery about the Dread Doctors.
Running Wild with Bear Grylls (NBC, 10 p.m.) – This may be the only episode of the entire season that I can watch without being afraid for some poor, fragile celebrity’s welfare. That’s because, tonight, all around badass Michelle Rodriguez is Grylls guest, and skydiving and surviving a couple of days without drinkable water is nothing to this chick.
LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Chris Meloni and Luke Bryan on Fallon; Winona Ryder and Colin Quinn on Meyers; Kevin Bacon on Corden; and Matt LeBlanc and Jessica St. Clair on Conan. Kimmel is a repeat.
