In the first 225 episodes of Comedy Central’s South Park, (literally) poor Kenny McCormick was killed 90 times. His violent death used to be a weekly tradition, but so was hiding an alien, until creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker got sick of doing both, and the show became better for it. (Stone even said in a 2002 interview, “I think a lot of people probably haven’t noticed. I couldn’t care less. I am so sick of that character,” referring to Kenny.) There’s probably not a connection, but Kenny only dies once in season eight, and that’s arguably South Park‘s best season, so…
A fan of the show — probably Mike Judge — put together a non-chronological graphic of all of Kenny’s deaths from seasons one through 16. Personal favorites include “Impalement on a Flagpole After Possessing Rob Schneider,” “Squashed by Derailed Mining Cart Containing Underpants,” and “Smashed Open a Conch Shell with Head to Save the Jews,” because, oh man, been there.
I’d want to die if I had to see a Jonas Brothers show, too.
