Before today, I had never heard of Super Quest, but after watching his “How to Metal” instructional video, two things were immediately clear: 1) He’s a pretty solid guitarist, and 2) He’s the metal Fred. His “How to Metal: DEATH METAL Lesson with Super Quest” oversimplifies the fine art of making the metal, but it’s not a bad primer, especially if you can swallow the fast- and loud-talking and rapid cuts, swallow like YOU’RE EATING A DEMON GOAT BABY FETUS THROUGH YOUR RIPPED OPEN WIDE EYESOCKETS WHERE YOU CAN SEE THE PAIN.
And that, my friends, is “How to Write Metal.”
