Supergirl (CBS, 8 p.m.) – Kara struggles in her new role as superhero, but when an inmate escapes from a Kryptonian prison, she’s forced to get over her issues to save the city. In the meantime, Cat is putting the pressure on James to use his Superman connections to get her an interview with Supergirl.
Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (CW, 8 p.m.) – A new man comes into the picture and Rebecca begins questioning whether stalking her ex and moving across the country was actually a good idea.
Dancing with the Stars (ABC, 8 p.m.) – We’re in week eight and the remaining couples are charged with creating dances that honor influential people in their lives.

Scorpion (CBS, 9 p.m.) – Toby’s still trying to hook-up with Happy, while the rest of the team is preoccupied with saving Paige and Ralph, who find themselves on board a runaway train.
Blindspot (NBC, 10 p.m.) – Lou Diamond Phillips is here to expose Mayfair’s secrets and screw with the crew tasked with dragging him from his cabin in the woods to FBI headquarters. Meanwhile, Jane and Weller try to deal with their strained relationship, and Patterson breaks the rules in order to solve a tattoo puzzle.
