When last we checked in with real people placing money on fictional characters dying, Jorah Mormont was the odds-on favorite to be the next Game of Thrones character to perish. Hope you didn’t bet the mortgage, or your dragon eggs, because greyscale hasn’t killed Lyanna’s cousin yet.
In fact, no one from the previous list has died. That’s probably going to change after this Sunday’s episode, “The Battle of the Bastards,” and oddsmakers at BoyleSports are pretty sure they know who it’s going to be:

1/3 for Ramsay getting stomped on by Wun Wun?
I don’t think he’s going to die, though. At least not yet. Sansa slitting his throat would be too tidy and wish fulfillment-y, and Game of Thrones doesn’t do tidy and wish fulfillment-y. It’s not totally out of the question, though. One way I can see Ramsay perishing in “The Battle of the Bastards” is if the White Walkers join the fray (not to be confused with Frey), and the Night King does the deed instead. Or maybe Ghost chews his face off, I dunno.
The best bet here is Cersei Lannister, who could be in for a rude, explosive awakening in the season finale. My money’s on her, and never Bronn.
