Warriors runs are inevitable, and it’s even worse when it’s someone other than the Splash Brothers leading those deadly spurts. That’s what happened in the second quarter of Game 2 of the NBA Finals on Sunday when Draymond Green caught fire from downtown. He hit consecutive three-pointers on back-to-back possessions to push the lead to seven. It was part of 22-9 start to the second quarter for the Warriors.
22-9 Warriors in the 2nd.
