There are fans, and then there are stans. Cece Hendriks is a major Beyonce stan, and proved her bonafides recently when she dropped $11,000 to purchase the golden microphone that the singer personally used throughout her recent Formation tour. Bey-affiliated items, like her recently announced, $300 Lemonade vinyl set, are known to fetch high dollars, but this is a whole different level.
Hendricks picked up the hardware at the Wearable Art Gala in L.A., which is an event thrown by Beyonce’s mom, Tina Knowles-Lawson. She was understandably excited by her purchase and took to social media to trumpet the rare object. “Woke up Livin my life like it’s Golden!” she wrote in the caption of a picture of herself holding the object. “If you guys could see her imprint on this mic..just knowing ??The Lemonade tour mic ??”

She also revealed that she doesn’t plan to keep the microphone for herself. “I bought it for my baby boy Jordan,” she wrote on Instagram. “Guys this is for his 13th birthday…shhh It’s not till August. I love him 10 times infinity what i just spent and u know it wasn’t cheap lol it was also for a good cause.”
