Audio-Push-come as you are mixtape

We posted the full tape Tuesday but I wanted to quickly revisit Audio Push’s Come As You Are, specifically “Do It All.”

1. James Fauntleroy can’t miss. That’s not a threat, it’s a promise.

2. I get tired of watching the ebb and flow of the music cycle. The build-up comes through leaks/singles and much talk, sprinkle in a video or two then the project’s release. After that, the pack moves on without ever picking up an actual discussion about the project. Sure, it comes back up once a post-release video drops, but that’s about it.

3. Audio Push’s sound isn’t new but it’s new for them given their past recordings. What it is is unique in that they take elements of what’s out there and put their spin on it. The whole project is worth a listen so download it here. It may not change your life but hopefully it’ll make the day better.

4. Vic Mensa (#INNANETTAPE), it’s only a matter of time before the solo flame burns brightly, especially if listeners keep hearing verses like the one on “Do It All.” Actually, his words were the impetus for writing all of this in the first place.
