Due to his unparalleled work ethic, Tupac Shakur recorded hundreds of hours of material before his untimely death in 1996. Since then, seven albums have been released and it’s always been said the rapper had enough material for more posthumous albums. All that appears to be true according to Pac’s mom, Afeni Shakur.

In a statement given to Billboard, Ms. Shakur says she’s planning on releasing her son’s ‘entire body of work.’

“I believe it is our responsibility to make sure that Tupac’s entire body of work is made available for his fans. My son left many incomplete pieces and even more unfinished ideas. Using the blueprints he gave us, I am committed to fulfilling this duty.”

Afeni has linked up with Jeffery Jampol of Jampol Artist Managagement to help oversee licensing, apparel, film, and all things related to the rapper.

In the statement, Jeffery adds:

“It’s our responsibility — and our privilege — to ensure that new generations of fans experience the power of Tupac’s music, his ideas and his storytelling,”

No word yet on whether or not today’s artists will be featured on the upcoming projects.
